We use #4 tapping screw for our SL-7, SL-J2, SL-10, SL-15 feet. Top diameter is 19mm. It's not shown in product photos, but these SL-7, SL-J2, SL-10 feet come with inner sleeve inside the black isolators for the #4 mounting screws. Our feet are a "substitute" using Sorbothane instead of springs.
"When mounting, loosen the screws, so the rubber isolators aren't squeezed tight on the bottom. The table should float upon the feet."
Each foot measures 1.75" tall x 1.75" O.D ( 44.50mm x 44.50mm) with machined 6061 grade aluminum shell. Includes four zinc plated screws.
Technics (Pioneer) utilized the most sophisticated designs for feet across all model ranges, including proprietary screws. We try to create the closest substitute based upon details audio enthusiasts share with us.
They include 3/16" thick rubber foot insert and Sorbothane washer to help prevent needle skipping. The 3/16" thick vibration Sorbothane top isolating pad is pre-cut and attached to each foot.
